Curriculum

Michele Favalli received the PhD degree in Electronic and Computer Science in 1993 from the University of Bologna. From 1993 to 1998 Michele Favalli was a research associate of computer science and engineering in the University of Bologna. From 1998 Michele Favalli is associate professor of computer science and engineering in the University of Ferrara. His scientific interests are in the field of testing and reliability of digital systems. In the field of testing they incude fault modelling, fault simulation, test generation and design for testability. While, in the field of reliability they cover on-line testing, fault tolerant design and fault effects characterization.
