In this talk I will discuss about the construction of the fundamental solution for a linear Schrödinger equation with a time-dependent potential. I will follow the approach by Fujiwara, based on the rigorous construction of the Feynman path integral through the time slicing method. I will also present some physical motivations which led to this study and discuss some further extensions of the Fujiwara's theory to a broader class of potentials.
