MM research is focused on the development of a sin-ecologic and inter-disciplinary approach devoted to the study of lagoon ecology and the production of goods and services for an eco-sustainable development. The main scientific interests of MM deals with:

3. Biotic descriptors of stress under the EU Directive 2000/60/EC and the Marine Strategy Directive
