RESEARCH ACTIVITY
The research activity of Matteo Bertini is mainly focused on electrophysiology and in particular on cardiac devices and arrhythmias. The research activity ranges from basic research (left ventricular mechanics) to investigator driven monocentre and multicentre studies (cardiac resynchronization therapy, pace-maker, ablation of arrhythmias) to sponsored multicentre trials (local principal investigator or member of steering committees).
