EDUCATION
Enrica Martinelli graduated in Law from the University of Ferrara with a score of 110/110 and honors;
She obtained the title of PhD in Canon Law on 6 July 1992;
She obtained the "Licentia" in Canon Law on February 23, 1993 at the Pontifical Lateran University, with "Summa cum Laude" and subsequently on 14 February 14 1996, she obtained her Doctorate in Canon Law at the same University;
She obtained the Diploma of Lawyer of the Rota Romana at the Apostolic Tribunal of the Rota Romana on 31 October 31 1996;
In the Academic Year 1995/1996 she was awarded a two-year scholarship (DR no. 431 of 1.02.1995, pursuant to Law no. 398 of 30.11.1989) for postdoctoral research activities, at the Department of Law of the University of Ferrara, for the program: "Discretion in the exercise of criminal action in the juridical order of the Catholic Church";
On 9 December 1998 she passed the qualifying exam for the legal profession;
From 2016 - present she has been a member of the Scientific Council of the Interuniversity Center of Culture, Religions and Rights - International Forum of Law & Religions (FIDR);
In July 2018 she obtained the National Scientific Qualification as a 2nd level professor for the SSD IUS 11;
On 1 December 2019 she took up service as a 2nd level professor for the SSD IUS 11.
