EDUCATION:
• 1984 - School of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Ferrara. Degree in Medicine and Surgery, Full Marks.
• 1984 - Italian State examination to obtain his full registration in the Medical Profession.
MOST RELEVANT ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL CAREER EVENTS:
• 1988: Post-Graduate School in Oncology of the University of Ferrara. Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Oncology, Full Mark and Honors.
• 1993: Post-Graduate School in Pharmacology of the University of Padua. Post-graduate Diploma in Pharmacology. Full Mark and Honors.
• 1994-1997: Scholarship of the National Ministry of Health for a Post-graduate training course in Hygiene and Preventive Medicine, which he accomplished on the 27th October 1997, Full Marks and distinction.

• Tutor and Teaching to students of the University of Ferrara (Degree in Physiotherapy, Biomedical Techniques, Obstetrics, and Nursing); and to Speciality students in Hygiene, Occupational Medicine, Pathology and Gastroenterology.
AREAS OF RESEARCH:
• He is involved in the field of Epidemiology, Health Related quality of life, Prevention and control of occupational and environmental risk for health. Studies on indoor and outdoor pollutants.
